Roll of Honour 1914-1919

Our War Honour Board.

The very handsome School Honour Board, containing some 400 names of ex-pupils who served in the late war, is the gift of Messrs. Jones and Stewart, builders, of Roslyn. The Board itself is the personal work of Mr. Frank Jones, and has involved hours of time and labour. It is made entirely of New Zealand mottled kauri, with mouldings of figured honeysuckle. The School Committee arevery grateful for this handsome and timely gift. It will be fittingly unveiled at the Jubilee Service on Sunday afternoon, 30th November, and thereafter hung in the vestibule of the School.
